IMG Worldwide (commonly known as IMG), originally the International Management Group, is a global sports, fashion, events, and media company founded in 1960 by Mark McCormack. The company specializes in media rights, multi-channel content production, brand partnerships, strategic consulting, digital marketing, and event management, serving over 200 major rightsholders worldwide including The R&A (The Open Championship), Wimbledon (AELTC), and Major League Soccer. As of February 28, 2025, IMG is a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), having been acquired from Endeavor Group Holdings in a $3.25 billion deal. IMG's divisions include IMG Media (the world's largest independent producer and distributor of sports programming), IMG Models, IMG Licensing, IMG Arena (sports data and technology), Art + Commerce, and IMG Events & Federations.
