Dick Clark Productions

Dick Clark Productions (DCP) is an American television production company founded in 1957 by entertainer Dick Clark, widely recognized as the world's largest owner and producer of televised live event entertainment programming. The company produces iconic award shows and annual events including the Golden Globe Awards (owned outright since 2023), American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards, the Streamy Awards, and Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. DCP also owns an extensive entertainment archive library spanning more than 60 years of programming. As of January 2023, DCP is owned by Penske Media Eldridge, a joint venture between Penske Media Corporation (PMC) and Eldridge Industries.
