Bays Thomas Productions is the New York-based television production company of writer-producer partners Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, co-creators of the long-running CBS hit comedy How I Met Your Mother (2005–2014). The company is best known for its signature multi-camera sitcom work and executive-produced the Hulu spin-off How I Met Your Father (2022–2023). The shingle is formally incorporated as a New York domestic business corporation and has operated under an overall deal at Sony Pictures Television.
