Essential Viewing is a global-facing, strategic brand studio based in New Zealand, founded and co-led by Bron Williams, Alice Murray, and Jo Hanson — making it one of the rare fully female-owned creative agencies operating at global scale from New Zealand. Previously known as Bron Williams Studio, the agency rebranded to Essential Viewing upon its formal launch in May 2025. The studio merges creativity with commercial rigour to build brand identities, digital experiences, campaigns, and communities for clients spanning grocery, sports, technology, wellness, and gaming sectors worldwide. Operating as a remote studio, it draws clients from across the globe while being anchored in New Zealand, with Bron Williams working from a studio on Moray Place, Dunedin.
